1. On Ready to ship items -
- We accept return/exchange if the item sent to you was wrong.
- If your order was not delivered to you on promised date of delivery.
- All returns should be made within 7 days from the date of receiving the parcel.
- Package should be sent back in secured packaging.
- - If the parcel go missing or was undelivered please contact us immeditaely through whatsapp or email and we shall return with an update as soon as possible. In a case where after all the inspections the parcel is declared lost then we would need 28 days to pass before we can report the parcel as lost or for it to be re-delivered back to us. All refunds will be made after we have finished the process of claim which may take upto 45 days.
